  3. TeleFinder shows information to the caller in a different way.  The Screen shot below represents what the caller sees once he has opened the "User" software (in this case I am using TeleFinder Professional.

As you can see, TeleFinder also uses icons to help guide you to where you are going in a little more familiar type of an interface.  The icons along the right side are volumes that I have mounted on the desktop and the icons along the bottom control the software.  The view above is in local mode (not connected to anyone) and you are able to access volumes here almost as you would with the Finder, except for launching an application.  One advantage that TeleFinder currently has that FirstClass does not have is once you are connected to another TeleFinder BBS and you double click on one of the files on the remote location, you are presented with a "Get Info" kind of dialog as shown below...
